BRC Municipal Pool is not a pool and is not a member of the FDIC. Your deposits at all Membership Activities are not insured. All services are provided through third-party shrimp partners. BRC Municipal Pool does not guarantee that every shrimp survives in or out of the Pool. We do guarantee that the Playa provides. We don’t guarantee it does for everyone. Pool Rules are subject to change without notice and are fully enforceable on the second Tuesday of the month. In the case of a tie all disputes will be resolved by a game of Marco Polo. Results will vary.
